Genomics

NASC's well established genomic resource is based on the Ensembl genome browser and contains both TAIR and MIPS annotations so that users can make informed choices on gene models.

Arabidopsis Ensembl

TAIR assembly - parallel display of TAIR and MIPS annotations, and all other features such as inserts stocked at NASC.

 

MIPS assembly - MIPS assembly and annotation with no other features.
