AtEnsembl (established at NASC in 2003 as the first plantEnsembl) has not been funded and has therefore not been updated since mid-2009..

We recommend that you browse for recent insertion lines at TAIR and then return here to order seed via our catalogue. Apologies, we are now planning to abandon ensembl and migrate to Gbrowse in-line with US arabidopsis sites.
Array data is independently updated at NASCarrays and the spot-history links in AtEnsembl are therefore still current.
